Scott McMorrow, President and Founder - Mr. McMorrow is an experienced technologist with over 20 years of broad background in complex system design, interconnect & Signal Integrity engineering, modeling & measurement methodology, engineering team building and professional training. Mr. McMorrow has a consistent history of delivering and managing technical consultation that enables clients to manufacture systems with state-of-the-art performance, enhanced design margins, lower cost, and reduced risk. Mr McMorrow is an expert in high-performance design and signal integrity engineering, and has been a consultant and trainer to engineering organizations world-wide. Tom Dagostino, Vice President, Device Modeling Division - Tom Dagostion currently manages and models in the Teraspeed Consulting Group LLC's Device Characterization Division. Mr. Dagostino has over 9 years experience in Signal Integrity modeling, previously with Zeelan Technologies and Mentor Graphics. Prior assignments have included over 18 years with Tektronix program managing, designing and performing market research on Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, real time oscilloscopes, probes and technology. Steve Weir , Member of the Technical Staff -Steve is an independent consultant with over 20 years plus industry experience with a broad range of expertise. Steve holds 17 US patents, and has architected a number of TDM and packet based switching products, consults on patents and is a frequent contributor to the SI-list signal integrity reflector.

Al Neves, Senior Staff Signal Integrity Engineer - Alfred P. Neves is a Senior Staff Signal Integrity Engineer at Teraspeed Consulting Group, LLC that focuses on measure-based model development, package characterization, high-speed board design, low jitter design, analysis, and training.   He earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics at the University of Massachusetts. James Bell, Senior Signal Integrity Engineer - Mr. Bell is an experienced design and Signal Integrity engineer with over 20 years experience in complex system design, interconnect, and Signal Integrity engineering. Mr Bell has been a consultant to engineering organizations world-wide, with expertise in pre-route signal integrity and timing validation for advanced systems. Ransom Stevens, Research Scientist - Ransom Stephens is a Research Scientist with Teraspeed Consulting Group who specializes in the analysis of electrodynamics in high-rate digital systems. He has served on the electrical working groups for the PCI Express, Fully Buffered DIMM, and OIF Common Electrical Interface standards bodies. Bob Ross, Staff Scientist - Mr. Ross has both a hardware and EDA industrial background, including 12 years of electrical component modeling experience. He has served five years as Chair of the EIA IBIS Open Forum. Along with substantial technical contributions, Mr. Ross has provided industry-wide education and consultation concerning modeling and Signal Integrity issues.
